Dr Aaron white- Chiropractor
Experiencing the Effects Himself
“Chiropractic is for everyone. The change in people’s lives under chiropractic care is indescribable!”
Dr Aaron White was introduced to chiropractic care at age two when severe hip pain prevented him from standing on his own. After visiting numerous medical professionals without a clear solution, Dr Aaron’ mother, who worked as a bookkeeper for a chiropractor, decided to take him to the office.
“I continued to receive regular chiropractic care as I grew, but it wasn’t until Grade 11 or 12 that I started to think about what I’d like to do with my life. I knew I liked helping people and loved science, so becoming a chiropractor was a no-brainer.”
Education and Advanced Training
Dr Aaron completed his education at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), earning both a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic) in 2022. His commitment to continued learning is evident through his training in:
- Chiropractic BioPhysics® (CBP®)
- Maternity and Paediatric Care
- Activator and Sacro-Occipital Techniques (SOT)
Scolicare’s Scolibalance (Level 1) - Brad Glowacki’s Elements of Opening and Trench Talks, The Remarkable Practice
Dr Aaron’s approach centres on neurostructural corrective and wellness chiropractic, which focuses on long-term structural alignment rather than temporary pain relief.
Outside the Practice
Growing up on the Sunshine Coast, Dr Aaron is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys beach trips, camping, and mountain climbing. A self-proclaimed massive foodie, he also loves exploring local restaurants with family and friends.
Laura Brooks- Chiropractor
Laura began her journey in chiropractic care working behind the front desk of a busy clinic, where she saw firsthand how chiropractic care could transform lives. Inspired by the profound impact on patients, she pursued a career dedicated to helping others achieve optimal health.
She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Clinical Chiropractic from CQUniversity, and a Master of Women’s Health Medicine from UNSW. She has also undertaken advanced training in paediatric and pregnancy chiropractic care, allowing her to offer specialised support for women and families.
Laura takes a tailored approach to care, adapting her techniques to meet the unique needs of each patient. Her focus is on addressing stress, improving function, and building resilience in the body to support long-term health and vitality. She uses a combination of manual diversified adjusting, drop piece, soft tissue and visceral techniques, alongside low force and activator techniques if appropriate.
A Palmwoods local, Laura lives with her husband and their beloved cat. Her son has recently moved to Adelaide to continue his studies to become a chiropractor, following in her footsteps.
When she’s not in the clinic, Laura can often be found getting her hands dirty in the garden or wandering through local markets.
