Scott Young- Chiropractor

Scott Young Chiropractor

Scott has a special interest in providing neurologically focused chiropractic.

Nervous system regulation is your body’s ability to respond to stress, stay balanced, and return to a calm, stable state after challenges. It involves how well your brain and nerves manage things like heart rate, digestion, breathing, mood, and sleep. When your nervous system is well-regulated, you can focus, relax, recover from stress, and adapt to daily life with more ease.

When it’s dysregulated, you might feel anxious, overwhelmed, constantly tired, or stuck in “fight or flight” mode. Scott understands that healthy nervous system regulation is key for physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

As a father of two Scott knows the importance maintaining a well regulated nervous system through pregnancy and early childhood. Scott has been trained to deliver gentle chiropractic care to pregnant women and children. You will often spot his wife and little ones coming in for an adjustment.

Scott graduated from Central Queensland University with a Bachelor of Science degree, and a Master of Clinical Chiropractic.
